What actually happens during a loop health audit?

A loop health audit is one site visit followed by a written report within 48 hours. On site, we draw fluid samples from supply, return and dead-leg points, complete a visual and pressure inspection of accessible loop components, and review your leak-detection coverage. An accredited lab then analyzes the samples for pH, glycol concentration, inhibitor reserve, metals, particulates and bacteria. Every audit follows our published Loop Health Protocol, the same steps in the same order at every site.

Can you test our coolant while the racks are live, or do we need downtime?

In most cases the audit runs while the loop is in normal operation, with no IT downtime. Sampling comes from supply, return and dead-leg points on the cooling loop itself, not from your IT equipment, and inspection covers accessible loop components only. Because every audit follows our published Loop Health Protocol, you can see exactly which steps will be performed, and anything specific to your site is confirmed in the fixed quote before the visit.

How often should data center coolant be tested?
