The Loop Health Protocol
The same steps, in the same order, at every site. We publish the method so you know exactly what happens on your floor before you book it, and so a reading taken this year can be compared with one taken three years from now.
Why it is published
Coolant fails by trend, not by event. A single reading is only meaningful against the readings that came before it, which means the method has to be fixed. Publishing it means your team can audit what we did, your warranty provider can see how the evidence was produced, and a different engineer arriving next year runs the identical sequence.
LHP · SEQUENCE
- Scope agreed in writing. Sampling points, access windows and escort requirements are confirmed before a date is booked.
- Sampling. Fluid drawn from supply, return and dead-leg points. The same points, recorded by location, on every subsequent visit.
- Inspection. Visual and pressure inspection of accessible loop components.
- Detection review. Leak-detection coverage assessed against where liquid can actually go wrong.
- Accredited-lab analysis. pH, glycol concentration, inhibitor reserve, metals, particulates and bacteria.
- Scoring. Every reading placed against its OCP and manufacturer reference range, every finding ranked by risk.
- Report within 48 hours. Findings, photographs, lab certificates and costed recommendations.
- Baseline retained. Your chemistry history stays complete and stays yours, so every future result has something to be measured against.
